From yoga to Pilates, journaling to matcha dates, and a fibre-rich diet to strength training, wellbeing has become a core part of identity and lifestyle for many.
We’re becoming more aware of how best to care for our bodies by moving more, eating well, and slowing down.

Last year marked the inaugural Feelgood Live September Reset event at the Marina Market, and this year we are returning to the popular Cork venue with well-known experts in the health and wellbeing space.

Feelgood Live, presented by the will take place on Sunday, September 27. Attendees will enjoy expert-led workshops designed to leave them feeling recharged and realigned.
The day will focus on health, nutrition, wellbeing, and fitness, and will give those attending the opportunity to reset their wellness goals for the season ahead, as well as connect with a like-minded community and leave with fresh ideas for a healthier, happier lifestyle.

Attendees will kickstart their morning with refreshments while chatting with editor Irene Feighan. Those attending the event will also receive a gift bag worth €100.
Speakers on the day include dietitian, broadcaster and author Aoife Hearne, GP and menopause specialist Dr Fionnuala McSweeney, and owner of Kopper Hair Salon in Cork City, Sabrina Hill, and Lesley Giltinan will lead a low-impact workout.

Aoife Hearne will guide attendees through practical, evidence-based advice on how to make simple, sustainable changes that support health and wellbeing. Dr Fionnuala McSweeney will explore the key issues around hormonal health and the changes that women experience at different life stages, while Cork-based Sabrina Hill will share expert advice and practical tips to support healthy hair from the inside out.

The morning will close with a session by Lesley Giltinan of Lean With Lesley, who will deliver a gentle workout that will leave people feeling energised, stronger and ready to take on the week ahead.
