Robbie Williams announces his 'boldest yet' show is coming to Dublin in 2025
Robbie Williams is returning to Croke Park
English singer-songwriter Robbie Williams has announced his grand return to Dublinâs Croke Park, taking place next year.
The Robbie Williams Live 2025 tour kicks off in Edinburgh next May, before travelling throughout the UK and Europe.
The tour comes to Ireland on August 23, with rock band Elbow joining as special guests.
Williams last played Croke Park as a solo act back in 2006 as part of his Close Encounters tour, for which he holds a Guinness World Record after selling more than 1.6 million tickets in a single day.
The former Take That member reunited with his bandmates in 2011 and played Croke Park during their Progress Live tour.
He also played a sold-out show to an audience of 120,000 in Phoenix Park in 2003, following his sold-out show in Slane Castle in 1999.
The tour announcement comes ahead of the release of Williamsâ musical biopic, Better Man, which comes to Irish cinemas on December 26.
The film follows the singerâs journey from childhood, all throughout his career.
Last year, he released a documentary series on Netflix, looking back on the highs and lows of his career â including lengthy panic attacks before going on stage, addiction issues and creating music with Guy Chambers.
Speaking about the tour, Williams said: âThis tour is going to be my boldest yet â I canât wait to see you next year. There will be songs from the movie âBetter Manâ, and some new music too ⊠but more on that soon.â
There will be no dynamic pricing for this event, with tickets priced from âŹ77.25 to âŹ152.25, subject to Ticketmaster service charge. They go on general sale this Friday at 10am.
