Life for Fine Gael's Joe McHugh is going to be like one never-ending Irish oral exam from now on - the new Gaeltacht Affairs minister isn't exactly fluent in Irish.

As it's a pretty important part of his new job, Joe's first action has been to book himself into a refresher course to polish up his cúpla focail but, as we all remember, Irish isn't the easiest of languages to learn.

Over on the ol' YouTube, Clare Cullen/Clisare - who is a Gaeilgeoir - has made a video (with subtitles, thankfully) that imagines what his first day in the job is going to be like.
