VIDEO: Alaskan brown bear joins camper for a sit by the river

Shot in Alaska by wildlife enthusiast, Drew Hamilton, the video shows an incredibly close encounter with an Alaskan brown bear. The bear lumbers over to Drew's camping site before sitting down beside him, gazing over the river.

It then gets up, turns around and goes back the way it came.

Amazing.

We can't help but get the impression from the video that all the bear wanted was some company - just for a little while.
