Etiquette trainer posts video of naked man being arrested

A video's gone viral in the States of a man running naked through the streets.

The clip, taken by a certified Etiquette trainer called Jacquelyn Flesner, shows the disrobed man being chased by police in Pittsburgh moments after he took his clothes off on a nearby bridge.
