Actress Michelle Williams has branded her stardom "wearing" - because she is sick of wondering if photographers are lurking wherever she goes.

The 'Dawson's Creek' star, whose ex-boyfriend Heath Ledger died of an accidental drug overdose in January, is frequently followed by snappers eager to get a picture of her with daughter Matilda.
