Peaches set for 'Ugly Betty' role

Art will imitate life for 19-year-old Peaches Geldof as the producers of the Stateside TV hit 'Ugly Betty' plan to have her appear in a cameo role - playing a party-loving socialite who lives off a family trust fund.

The appearance will doubtless compensate for the bombing of her own MTV TV show 'Disappear Here' in which she edits her own magazine.
