Rap beauty LIL' KIM has furiously denied she is considering having her breast implants removed - insisting she loves her ample chest.

The Magic Stcik superstar - who is currently awaiting trial on perjury charges - reportedly told New York gossip site PageSix.com that she was suffering a bad back because of her buxom bosoms and was considering reducing them via surgery.
