Zoe Ball quits radio show

Zoe Ball is quitting her drivetime radio show to spend more time with her son, she announced today.

The DJ is moving to a new Friday night show so she can be a “full time mum” to Woody, who turned three-years-old yesterday.

She said: “I can’t wait to spend more time with my son. I’ll be able to do all the normal things again like take him to school and put him to bed, basically be a full time mum.

“Plus, I still get to hang out with my Xfm mates when I do my new show on Fridays.”
