Rainbow theme to be released as a single

The theme tune to Rainbow is being released as a single by Zippy and George.

It's A Rainbow will go on sale on November 25. It is already been quoted at odds of 10/1 to be the Christmas number one.

Zippy and George will also release an album of party songs from the 80s and 90s.

In the video for the single, Zippy and George are joined by their Rainbow colleagues Bungle and Geoffrey.

Zippy said:"We had a really good time filming the video. We drove around London in a convertible Cadillac and ended up at a nightclub where lots of people were very nice to us."

"And I got to wear my sequinned hat," said George.
