The USB 3.0 Promoter Group yesterday announced the USB 3.2 update for USB Type-C, an incremental update that doubles data rates up to 20Gbps, in a press release.

Speaking about the update, Roanne Sones, General Manager, Strategy and Ecosystem for Windows and Devices, Microsoft said:
