The property website daft.ie had listed the "One Bedroom Studio Flat" in Drimnagh as fully furnished with one bedroom and one bathroom.
It also boasted its own entrance and it "combines Kitchen/Living/Bedroom Area with Shower Room".
The description said the "compact dwelling" was ideal for one person, close to the Luas line and comes with a two-ring hob and microwave.
Martin Clancy from Daft.ie says they do go through the ads to check that properties are suitable, but that if people aren’t happy, they can report the ad.
He said: "There’s a lot of properties coming in, but at the same time we do have a content team which goes through ads to make sure they meet all the criteria and that the ads are fit for purpose.
"We also have a ’report ad’ button at the end of each listed property on site and we definitely ask the public to try to help us police those kinds of ads.
"If there is an ad there that you might think there might be something up with, feel free to hit the ’report ad’ button."
