It’s summer (supposedly) and most of us have missed the window to get ’beach body’ ready.

Ah well, there’s always next year. Or the year after. Or, well, never, because everyone knows summer is really about barbecues, beer gardens and 99s.

And, as this video proves, ’beach body’ is a very relative term.
