Offending dogs could soon appear on "pugshots"

The Council of the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham is hoping to use DNA testing to find out which dogs are 'fouling' up their public parks.

Offending dogs could soon appear on "pugshots"

The council feel, that by testing dog faeces they find on the paths throughout their parks they could tell not only the breed of dog, but it's hair length, eye colour, and even its gender.

They then hope to be able to target and crack down on the offending canines.
