14-year-old cancer survivor enjoys dream holiday to New York

DO YOU have your passports? How many of you are free to travel? These were exciting questions and a sign that a wish was about to come true for Alice Flanagan and her family.

It was last spring and the now 14-year-old had just completed a year of intensive treatment for Ewing’s sarcoma, a rare form of cancer.
