A guy broke up with his girlfriend on a plane and a fellow passenger live-tweeted it

Why in the name of all that is good and holy would you break up with someone on a plane - especially one that has been delayed.

You’re stuck in an enclosed space with no privacy or means of escape and dozens of eavesdroppers for an undetermined length of time.

It’s really not ideal. And you never know who might be listening.

Well, this guy made that terrible choice and broke up with his girlfriend while their plane was delayed last night. And the woman sitting across from them live-tweeted it for Twitter’s horrified amusement.

Kelly Keegs started the rolling commentary while stranded on the runway in Raleigh, North Carolina and documented the whole sorry affair from beginning to end.

It’s quite a ride.
