VIDEO: Pod of playful dolphins spotted at Glengarriff Harbour Co Cork

Often regarded as one of the earth’s most intelligent animals, dolphins are highly social and showcase their social nature through displays of playfulness and interactions with humans.
One of Ireland’s most famous residents, Fungie, is evidence of this with the dolphin attracting tourists and locals alike to Dingle Harbour for over thirty years.
Since 1983, the friendly dolphin has entertained his visitors off the coast of Dingle, the picturesque seaside town in County Kerry.
It seems Fungie isn’t the only dolphin off Irish shores who likes to show off to its admirers.
Local boat man, Chris Harrington, came across a pod of dolphins while out on his boat in Glengarriff Harbour in Co Cork recently.
Mr Harrington managed to capture the moment the dolphins swam alongside the boat on camera.
