The video, which now has over 10 million views, showed ER nurse Sam surprising his wife Nia with the news she was pregnant after carrying out a pregnancy test without her knowing. While we all thought it was a little odd, there was no doubting how excited the couple - who have two children - were to have another baby.
Sadly, Nia has since suffered a miscarriage and the couple have made a very emotional video sharing the news.
