Entertainment news: Swift shares picture of godson meeting

TAYLOR SWIFT has been introduced to her new godson by her pal JAIME KING. The ‘Bad Blood’ singer met adorable baby Leo Thames Newman less than two weeks after Jaime announced the birth of her little boy.

Taylor shared a cute photo on Instagram of her looking down on the sleeping little one while Hart of Dixie actress Jaime looked on. It came with the caption: “Meeting my boy.” Jaime shared the same picture with the caption: “My loves meet. Baby boy Leo Thames and his Godd Mother = Bliss. X”

Taylor also posted another snap of Leo’s hand wrapped around her finger captioned with lyrics from her single ‘Never Grow Up’, saying: “Your little hand’s wrapped around my finger and it’s so quiet in the world tonight.”

CARA DELEVINGNE’s interview with Good Day Sacramento turned into car-crash TV as she became irritated with the anchors, who complained about her attitude and told her to “take a nap”.

Things started off on a bad foot when Cara was introduced as Carla, but the interview for her new film Paper Towns didn’t get any better when the questions started.

The anchors started with some pretty patronising questions about whether the model-turned-actress had found the time to actually read John Green’s novel, Paper Towns, or whether she was “too busy”.

Unfortunately, they didn’t get Cara’s sarcastic sense of humour when she quipped she had “never read the book, or the script. I kind of winged it”, before explaining that she had of course read the book and found it “amazing”.

The 22-year-old model strained to crack a smile and rolled her eyes as the questions continued, dismissing a bumbling question about whether she functioned better when she’s busy with: “No, I don’t know where that comes from. No.”

JESSE EISENBERG has revealed he believes that as an actor you have to accept that interest in your private life comes with it.

The Social Network star discussed fame with co-star JASON SEGEL during a new interview for their movie The End Of The Tour. Jesse, 31, disagreed with the How I Met Your Mother star, 35, who said that he did not sign up to be followed by paparazzi when he became an actor.

Jason complained: “I realised a little while ago that a good use of my time wasn’t sitting in my house saying I should be able to leave without being photographed. A good use of my time was figuring out what would allow me to function in a way that made me feel normal, happy, and comfortable. For me it involved moving out of Los Angeles.

“Should I have to do that? No. But I want to be happy. I stopped looking at the internet for almost anything but tech news. Even then, sometimes there will be a weird side crawl with a picture of someone you know, or some weird headline.

“There’s a fallacy that’s thrown at you by paparazzi that ‘This is what you signed up for.’ It’s absolutely not true. I didn’t sign up for any of that. I started pre-cameraphone.”

But Jesse challenged him: “Whether I think it should be or not, it is. The fact that it exists means it’s part of the deal. If you’re aware that it’s part of the deal and you still agree to perform in things or be in the public, then you implicitly agree to those terms.”
