Man plays guitar during brain operation

Going under the knife can be scary enough but doing so while awake is a whole other story.

Anthony Kulkamp Dias, a 33-year-old banker in Brasil, had to be kept awake during surgery to remove a tumor from his brain.

Throughout the long process the patient sang and played a few hits on his guitar, including some by The Beatles!
