VIDEO: Adorable goslings make dramatic leap to reunite with parents

Staff at the University of Calgary faced a rather fluffy dilemma after discovering a cute brood of tiny goslings had been born on a second floor ledge.

The young Canadian geese faced a daunting 15ft drop to rejoin their parents on the ground as they are yet to learn to fly.

University officials managed not to get into a flap about the situation and cleverly pulled out crash mats in order to help the little ones safely make the drop.

The video shows only one of the goslings make the jump, but Finlay MacNeill - who works in the University's outdoor centre - confirmed to CBC News that all six of the youngsters made the jump and were perfectly fine after it.

No feathers were ruffled in the making of this video!
