Three easy yoga poses to unwind after a hectic day
If life’s already feeling hectic then finding time to exercise can be easier said than done.
So we reckon it’s worth taking a few minutes each day to recharge and reboot. These three yoga poses will help you to unwind and reset your system for the rest of the year.
“Sometimes, in order to aid the transition back to our normal routines, we need to take a moment to calm,” says yoga instructor Emily-Clare Hill.
So take five minutes at the end of the day to relax and restore with these three simple moves.

* Kneel down and sit back onto your heels, extending your arms out on the floor in front of you.
* Stretch forward, placing your forehead on the floor.
Stay in this position for 30 seconds, or as long as you like.
This pose is a great way to stretch out your spine and lower back.

* Lie down on your back with your feet shoulder-width apart and your palms facing forward.
* Stay in this position for 30 seconds, or as long as you like.
Make sure you’re on a comfortable surface.

* Lie down then lift your legs over your head.
* Place your hands on your back for support and lift your legs straight up to the ceiling.
* Walk your hands toward your shoulders and draw your elbows closer together.
* Push up through the inner edges of your feet, trying to get the body into a straight line.
* Hold for around 6-10 breaths.
Once in shoulder stand, don’t move your head
