I love a good chicken schnitzel. I mean, what’s not to love about super tender chicken, coated in a crispy golden crumb? Add in the subtle flavour of some Dijon mustard and a bit of lemony zing and you have heaven on a plate.
It is also a fairly simple dish to prepare, and fun to make, a great one to get the kids involved in cooking and I guarantee you they will love eating it too.
