Darina Allen is co-founder of the Ballymaloe Cookery School and more recently the Ballymaloe Organic Farm School in Shanagarry, East Cork.

Lily Starbuck is a force of nature. She hails from New York and did Ballymaloe Cookery School's 12 Week Certificate Cookery Course in Spring 2019.

I encountered her again a couple of years ago on Fishers Island where she opened the chic and much loved West End Café, the life and soul of the island.
