Dear Stephen, 

I am a landowner and a farmer, but I am presently leasing my lands. Myself and some of the neighbouring farmers have been approached by various developers in the past couple of years regarding potentially entering into a long term lease for renewable energy for wind turbines, and we have also been approached regarding solar farms in the past.
