Good land in North Kerry has been in great demand in recent years and a 21-acre chunk of it is on the market with Tralee-based auctioneers Sherry FitzGerald Stephenson Crean.

The interest in this modest-sized holding is very good and according to the selling agent Paul Stephenson, the combination of land scarcity and the high quality of this property makes it a much-desired commodity.

The asking price of €350,000 (€17,000) reflects the demand levels and the quality of the property, which the selling agents confirm, is now under offer.
