In Denmark, the Department of Agriculture aims to completely eliminate by 2020 inspection visits to farms in order to check tillage operations are carried out, and grass cutting is done at least yearly in grassland and fallow areas.

Instead, technological means will be used to check that farmers comply with these Danish requirements for EU payments.
