Tenders to decide value of farm in Ovens
There’s a strong zone of agricultural land on the edge of the newly-extended Cork City boundary. In the last couple of years, some parcels of this land have popped up on the market and when they have, they have achieved very strong prices of close to €20,000 per acre.
Another example of this is a 37-acre non-residential holding located in the townland of Grange next to the village of Ovens, Ballincollig, but the selling agents are not issuing any price guide on this occasion. In close proximity is the Dell EMC plant and a number of residential developments.
