TWO prime pieces of tillage ground a mile apart at Leamlara and Lisgoold hit the east Cork land market this week as part of an executor’s sale, through Anthony O’Regan of Keane Mahony Smith.

Both are waste-free 80-acre non-residential sales in what O’Regan describes as renowned tillage areas.

The Leamlara farm, part of the estate of the late Mary Buckley, is at Clash East, with frontage on two sides because it is divided by the main road. It is level, fertile and easily worked, with a superb aspect.
