This level land at Ballaghfadda, on Ennis’ Kildysart Road, has 17 acres zoned residential, five acres under review, and the remaining 28 acres has long-term development potential, says Tomás Lees of Property Partners, Philip O’Reilly, who’s joint agent with another Ennis agent, Micheal FitzPatrick.

There’s 500 metres of road frontage, and the property, three miles from Ennis, with services nearby. It is expected by the agent to easily reach and perhaps, exceed, the guide price of €8.5 million.
