According to Jack O’Neill (Irish Examiner, Letters, October 6) it is Israel’s fault that Jordan, Lebanon, Syria and Egypt refuse to provide full citizenship to the Palestinians who live in those countries.

I think Enda Kenny should look at what happened to Galway hurling manager Anthony Cunningham before he makes a decision on having an early election or not. Mr Cunningham was having a great season... possibly manager of the year award, only to be let down, with 35 minutes left in the game, by his team’s lacklustre play.
