Clare v Cork - GAA Hurling All-Ireland Senior Championship Final
S Anthony Daly: Everything about Clare was brave and heroic - but I'd have feared a replay
It's a killer for Hoggie and Seamie Harnedy to come up short again but All-Irelands are so hard won. A handful of the Clare lads have their second medal now, which is even more incredible again considering that Clare only have five of them.

Limerick v Cork - GAA Hurling All-Ireland Senior Championship Semi-Final
S Anthony Daly: Cork didn't need a rabbit from the hat, just defiance and stardust
This was finally a bridge too far for Limerick but this team will still go down as one of the greatest ever.

Kilkenny v Clare - GAA Hurling All-Ireland Senior Championship Semi-Final
S Anthony Daly: Brian Lohan due huge credit for turnaround
In my analysis for RTÉ at half-time on Saturday in Croke Park, I was harsh on Clare. It wasn’t personal, just reality. I was wondering was this where it was all going to end for this group under Brian Lohan.

Clare v Kilkenny - Allianz Hurling League Division 1 Group A
S Anthony Daly: Banner folk are fearful but if Clare bring clarity they can win
You can sense the trepidation and public fear of potentially losing another All-Ireland semi-final.

Henry Shefflin signs hurls for fans after the game 18/5/2024
S Anthony Daly: The music had stopped in Galway, Henry had to get off the merrygoround
A rebuild would have needed another three years, which Henry Shefflin was never going to get.

Dublin v Cork - GAA Hurling All-Ireland Senior Championship Quarter-Final
S Anthony Daly: Have Cork lost their Munster mojo? PS: GAA must stop pairing quarter finals
Clare again showed the resolve which has been the hallmark of this side.

Clare v Wexford - GAA Hurling All-Ireland Senior Championship Quarter-Final
S Anthony Daly: Wexford now have a cause, but unfair to blame fixture farce on Clare
I can understand the anger and frustration in Wexford this week at the clash with the Féile but they can’t pin it all on Clare either.

Sat, 22 Jun, 2024

Willie Maher and Keith Rossiter shake hands 15/6/2024
S Anthony Daly: Shipping big tallies a serious concern for Ryan and Cork
It doesn’t matter how much Cork score, will that trade-off work if they get to Croke Park? It’s a risky gamble.

Sun, 16 Jun, 2024

Clare v Limerick - Munster GAA Hurling Senior Championship Final
S Anthony Daly: Kiely’s men are a credit to the county. They look so imperious now
Limerick don’t be long in putting the dreams of others to bed. They just create their own.

Mon, 10 Jun, 2024

Clare v Waterford - Munster GAA Hurling Senior Championship Final Replay
S Anthony Daly: Twenty-six years is too long of a wait. Now is the hour. Clare to win
It would be easy when the real heat comes on to think that the losers could have a handier route to an All-Ireland final. That can’t entertain Clare's thought process for a second.
