Although Clare won the 2013 All-Ireland and Dublin won that year’s Leinster title, one of the highlights of that glorious hurling summer was the Munster final between Limerick and Cork in the Gaelic Grounds.

The weather was amazonian. The atmosphere was electric. It was like a real old school Munster final, people lathered up on sun-cream eating ice creams and basking in the warm anticipation of one of those eternal championship summer Sundays.
