Apple unveils enhanced Apple Watch Ultra 2 with environmental milestone

Apple has announced the Watch Ultra 2, enhancing its most rugged and capable smartwatch. This updated version introduces the S9 SiP chip for improved performance, a new double-tap gesture, the brightest Apple display ever, extended altitude range, on-device Siri, Precision Finding for iPhone, and advanced water adventure capabilities. Running on watchOS 10, it offers redesigned apps, the Smart Stack, new cycling features, outdoor exploration tools, and the Modular Ultra watch face. Despite these advancements, the Ultra 2 maintains its 36-hour battery life and can last up to 72 hours in Low Power Mode.
For the first time, customers can opt for a carbon-neutral version of any Apple Watch, aligning with Apple's 2030 plan to achieve carbon neutrality across its entire business.
