Xiaomi is taking the wearable market by storm. One quarter of all wearables sold to date have come from this one company, with the Mi Band one of their most popular products. And how have they managed this? Well they're really, really, really cheap!
The Mi Band is a simple but fairly effective fitness tracker from the Chinese company which costst just around a tenner, and it has gone down brilliantly with customers, especially in its native country. Now the company has announced the Mi Band Pulse which also includes a heart-rate monitor. And how much will you pay for this extra advanced hardware which uses light to see how your ticker is doing?
