Apple`s iTunes replacement may be pushed back to June
Apple’s Beats-based music streaming service, according to 9to5 Mac’s music industry sources, will be introduced in beta form, at least, early in June. Apple’s WWDC keynote will be held on June 8th, so that date looks most likely.The new music streaming service will be based on technology Apple got its hands on after acquiring Beats music. It will include curated playlists, cloud-based libraries, and suggestions based on users’ tastes.Apple has plenty to talk about at its event on March 9th even if it doesn’t touch on this new service. It’s expected Apple will launch the Apple Watch and spend plenty of time talking about price points, third-party WatchKit applications, and its accessories.
