Enda Kilcullen, region head of Ireland for TD Securities, has been appointed as chair of the Federation of International Banks in Ireland (FIBI) for a two-year tenure.

Enda succeeds Citi’s Davinia Conlan as chair. FIBI represents over 30 member organisations, comprising many of the world’s leading global banks and investment firms that, collectively, employ over 19,000 people in Ireland.

As chair of FIBI, Enda will work with FIBI members, policymakers, regulators and industry stakeholders to support the ongoing development of Ireland as a leading international financial services centre, contributing to the ambitions outlined in the Government's recently new Ireland for Finance Strategy.

Enda said: "Ireland is a leading European location for international banking and investment firms, supported by a highly skilled workforce, an established regulatory framework and a business environment that continues to attract investment and talent. I look forward to the work ahead to strengthen Ireland's position as a leading hub for international financial services."

His priorities will include strengthening Ireland's competitiveness, supporting innovation and digital transformation, promoting talent development, and fostering collaboration across the international financial services community.

Enda's appointment comes as Ireland prepares to mark the 40th anniversary of the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) in 2027, providing an opportunity to build on the strong foundations established over the past four decades and position the sector for its next phase of growth.
