Mairead Coulter has been appointed as head of customer engagement at Wellington IT, a provider of core banking software, digital banking solutions, managed IT services and professional services to credit unions across Ireland and the UK. She brings significant experience in financial services across UK and Irish markets. Since joining Wellington IT in 2024, following a 28-year career with Ulster Bank, she has built trusted partnerships with the company's credit union clients, drawing on senior product and relationship roles at Ulster Bank. Her focus on understanding client needs and delivering consistent service continues to strengthen satisfaction and advocacy across Wellington IT's credit union partner base.
