Business movers: New finance lead at dairy group Glanbia

Here is a selection of people starting new roles with I-RES Reit, Glanbia, Insight Private Clients, Central Bank of Ireland, OpenAI and Local Development Companies Network.

Jeremy O’Sullivan has been appointed as chief operating officer with I-RES Reit, provider of residential rental accommodation. He will oversee portfolio management and operational performance. He has over 20 years’ executive experience in real estate. In his previous role as managing director of capital markets and portfolio management at I-RES, he led portfolio management, strategic asset management and asset performance management, as well as supporting the company’s capital and strategic partnership activities. Prior to joining I-RES, Jeremy was CFO at Quintain Developments Ireland (now Evara), where he led the finance function. He holds an MBA from Manchester University and a BA in Economics from UCD.
