FBD hotel group acquires the Grand Hotel in Dublin's Malahide

The Grand Hotel, which employs more than 200 people, dates back to 1835 and has been in the ownership of the seller, the Ryan family, since 1974

The Grand Hotel in Malahide has been acquired by the FBD Group for €55m.

FBD's hotel subsidiary has reached an agreement to acquire the Grand Hotel in Malahide, Co Dublin, for €55m.

Its addition to the chain will bring to seven the number of hotels and resorts FBD Hotels and Resorts (FBDH&R) operates across Ireland and Spain.
