Global customer experience management firm ResultsCX has announced it will add 200 new jobs to its Irish workforce, bringing the total number employed by the company here to 500 by the end of next year.

The US-founded multinational established its base in Ireland last year following its acquisition of long-standing Cork telemarketers and support firm, Zevas Communications. Since then, ResultsCX has doubled its workforce, adding 150 new sales roles across the fintech sector.

Many of the jobs on offer will be for remote workers, with its latest expansion introducing multilingual positions in Spanish, German and French.

The announcement was made at the company's Irish headquarters in Cork, at a function attended by Ireland's EU Commissioner Designate Michael McGrath.

ResultsCX is headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and works with several global companies including Fortune 100 and 500 firms.

Established in 1990, the company employs more than 23,000 people worldwide and is backed by ChrysCapital, a $6bn India-based private equity firm.

In addition to its Florida headquarters, Results CX also operates offices across the UK, Bulgaria, India, Mexico, Honduras and the Philippines.

Speaking on the announcement, Mr McGrath congratulated the firm on an "exceptionally successful" first year in Cork.

"It's exciting to witness a global leader like ResultsCX recognise Ireland's potential, not only for its highly qualified workforce but also for the abundant growth opportunities available," Mr McGrath said.

"The company is already making a very important economic contribution to this region, in turn helping strengthen our local communities.”

Rajesh Subramaniam, CEO and Managing Director of ResultsCX said: "EMEA is strategically important to ResultsCX. Having created over 3,000 jobs across the UK and Ireland, we are committed to driving rapid growth for leading multinational companies in Europe.
