The head of UTV Ireland is stepping down.
Mary Curtis will leave the channel next month, just over 12 months after it launched.
A deal which would see ITV plc take over UTV and UTV Ireland has yet to be approved by regulators.
Ms Curtis has described her year at the helm as exciting and challenging.
