Prices paid by consumers drop slight in November
There was a slight drop in prices paid by consumers in November.
Consumer prices were 0.2% lower than they were in November 2014.
The biggest reductions were seen in transport - due to lower petrol and diesel prices - clothing and footwear, furnishings and household equipment, as well as food and non-alcoholic drinks.
But education, goods and services, communications and restaurant and hotel prices all went up.
The monthly decrease in consumer prices was 0.3%.
