Aer Lingus shareholders to consider IAG bid

Aer Lingus shareholders are considering a €1.4bn offer for the airline from IAG, after the full details of the bid were published this morning.

IAG is pledging to keep the Aer Lingus brand and head office in Ireland, boost connectivity and keep the Heathrow landing slots for seven years.
