Docklands development to include Dublin's tallest building and two bridges
NAMA has teamed up with property company Kennedy Wilson for a major development in the Dublin Docklands.
The Irish Times says the agency will develop almost 30,000 sq metres of office space and 204 apartments at the site on Sir John Rogersons Quay.
Capital Dock would extend to over 4.8 acres. Planning permission is expected later this year, with work likely to start next year.
Some of the apartments will be located in a 19-storey tower that will become Dublin's tallest building. The development will be linked to the north quays by a new footbridge close to the 3 Arena.
It also includes a new road bridge linking it across the Grand canal to Ringsend and ultimately to the Port Tunnel.
