A partnership between global property rental firm Kennedy Wilson and the asset management branch of French giant Axa is to target the private rental sector across the country.

Global real estate investment company Kennedy Wilson (NYSE:KW) (“KW”) announced today two real estate asset sales generating $304m (€259m) in gross proceeds for the company.

NAMA has teamed up with property company Kennedy Wilson for a major development in the Dublin Docklands.
