Irish tech company announces 50 new jobs

An Irish software technology company has today announced the addition of up to 50 new positions primarily in its R&D, sales and cloud services divisions.

The expansion at SoftCo, which recently opened offices in Helsinki and Cork, will bring the total employee numbers to 120 over the next 12 months.

The company said the expansion is due to the successful rollout of its health insurance claims management software, SoftCo eClaims.

SoftCo also secured a number of new Healthcare deals including Alliance Medical, Beacon Hospital, Whitfield Clinic and Providence Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina.

“We are delighted with the growing number of new customers implementing our Business Process Automation Solutions both in Ireland and internationally,” said SoftCo chairman Susan Spence.

“This is a direct result of delivering real savings and a strong return on investment to our customers.”
