Hotel prices in Ireland increased by 10% to an average of €101 per night during the first half of 2014, according to a new survey.

The latest Hotels.com Hotel Price Index said "a number of key factors have attributed to the continued recovery of Irish hotel prices" including increased visitor numbers, additional air routes and events based tourism.
