Sports science firm to create 24 jobs

An Irish sports science technology company has announced the creation of 24 new jobs.

Dublin-based Kitman Labs is recruiting software engineer and sports scientists from this week.

Further more positions in customer support and statistics will be created.

CEO of Kitman Labs Iarflaith Kelly said that the jobs are a result of expanding into the UK market.

"There'll be a number of jobs up on our website this week," he said.

"And the I suppose in early January to February next year, the remainder of the jobs will become available.

"The goal with the UK is to go over there and we're targeting UK soccer, UK rugby, professional hockey and cricket over there, so it's really quite a large, lucrative market for us to move into."
