Airbus parent company EADS NV said today that net profit declined by nearly half in the fourth quarter as the company took charges at its helicopter and defence electronics divisions.

Airbus parent company EADS NV said today that net profit declined by nearly half in the fourth quarter as the company took charges at its helicopter and defence electronics divisions.

Full-year earnings were up 19%.
